Peach Crumble Recipe with Fresh Summer Peaches
I created this recipe after I found I had peaches languishing in the refrigerator. You can also use canned peaches with good results.

- 1/4 cup spiced rum or water
- Topping Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 stick butter
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice peaches; remove pits.
- Mix peaches, 1/3 cup flour,1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 cup butter melted, and 1/4 cup spiced rum or water. Pour into a 9x9 baking dish.
