In Skyrim, the hero can get the amulet of the gargoyle and the amulet of bats to increase the powers of the vampire lord. This will guide the hero on how to get the amulets of the gargoyle and bats from Sunderstone Gorge and from the Forgotten Pit and the Xrib temple.
Skyrim Get the Amulet of the Gargoyle
First, talk to Seran Fedri at Castle Volkihar to get the location of the amulet of the gargoyle and bats. This particular hero can get the amulet of the gargoyle from Sunderland Gorge. Sunderland Gorge is filled with mages, particularly fire mages. Fire is, of course, the bane of the vampire lord, so extra caution is needed. Head into the entrance and go into sneak mode. When the first mage within Sunderland Gorge is spotted, use arrow attacks to defeat him and then proceed to do the same to the other mages within the gorge. Follow the map and go up some stairs to a cell containing the body of a master vampire. On the corpse will be the amulet of the gargoyle.
The amulet of the gargoyle will have the following properties - summon gargoyle spell summons an additional gargoyle for 30s.
The hero does not need to finish off the whole Sunderstone Gorge dungeon to get the amulet, but it is better to head off and complete the dungeon to get the fire breath word of power from this place.

Next, the hero should set his sights on the amulet of the Bat. This amulet is located in the Sightless Pit and deep within Xrib Temple. Head to the marked spot on the world map and look for the entrance.
Once within the Sightless Pit, the hero needs to drop down from the top gingerly, making sure he does not make a vertical drop to his death. Once he is down onto the lower platform, he will walk onto a ramp and defeat some falmars along the way. The way to Xrib temple will lead the hero to a falmar camp. Defeat lots of falmar here, including deadly falmar sulkers and gloomlurkers. There will also be frostbite spiders but these should not trouble the hero at this stage of his career.
Finally, arrive at Xrib temple. Climb the stairs in this dark dark temple and head to the top. Naturally, more falmars live in this area where sight is not needed. Finish them off and get to the top of the temple and grab the amulet of Bats.
The amulet of Bats will have the following properties - using the Bats power will drain life from nearby foes.
Now wear the amulet and defeat the mega-bosses of the game with more gargoyles and more powers as the vampire lord.
