There is nothing better than breakfast, first of all its one of the first things you do in the morning to start off your day. So if you like some good breakfast like I do then your in the right place because when you say breakfast I think of pancakes and they are one of my favorites. Hot pancakes on the grill topped with some butter and syrup is there anything better ..............Yes some pancakes with a twist a souffle pancake that really melts in your mouth and taste so good that you can have them as a dessert and have a twist of orange to take the flavor to another level.

Orange Souffle Pancakes
1 1/2cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon cream of tarter
1 orange zest (grate or zest outer portion of orange)
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. After sifting,a dd cream of tarter and orange zest. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 up for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
Now pour on a little bit of syrup and enjoy the best tasting souffle pancakes you have ever tasted but just remember this it just don't have to be for breakfast it can go many way lunch, dinner or brunch.
