Practice is necessary for balance

Have you ever seen someone learning to ride a bicycle? We have a road in front of our flat. In holidays and in the morning hours children and their parents used to come to learn bicycle riding. The father or the helper who is teaching will be holding the bicycle while the learner sits on the seat and starts their first experience of cycling. The helper used to run beside the bicycle holding it straight. Because the learner does not have the balance to keep it straight. From the expression in the face of the leaner, we can understand how fearful it is to learn to ride a bicycle.

But after few days practices, the teacher would loosen his holding on the bicycle and slowly the learner would be peddling without the help of the teacher. After a week or two, they gain confidence and ride without any fear. If you have learned cycling, you know it better than anyone else.

Whenever we see someone learning a bicycle, my wife tells her story of the failed attempt to learn to ride a bicycle. She went to learn the bicycles along with her brother. In the beginning, it was going well. After many rounds, her brother tried to test her balance. Unfortunately, she fell down while moving and hurt herself. She decided to stop her endeavor then and there. Since then she never ventured to learn to ride a bicycle. I offered her a good bicycle, fine ground and help in learning bicycle. Yet she has refused to practice. Due to fear of failure. But the thing is that good bicycle, fine grassy ground, knowledge, and help will not make a person learn to ride a bicycle. She has to practice it. But she is not willing to take the practice session.

In every aspect of our life, we need to practice to become successful. If you want to start a business, you need practice. Fine instruments, resources, tools, and prime location will not make you a good businessman. You need to practice your business. We will find many books and programs which offers sure success. But these tools are a waste if you are not willing to practice your business. If you want to become a doctor, you need practice. If you want to become a surgeon, you need to practice surgery under the guidance of experienced surgeons.

Every avenue need practice

Once you practice business, you can run a business without much difficulty. It will come to you naturally. As a learned cyclist ride the cycle without even touching the handle. He has practiced cycling. He knows inside out, and cycling comes to him naturally.

Even if you want a disciplined life, you need practice. To reduce your weight, you need to practice a healthy eating. To lead a Christian life, you need practice. Practice is the essence of success. Without practice, all the best tools that are available in the world will not work. You need the practice to succeed.

You know how you learned to drive. In the beginning, it was hard for you to change the gear and push the accelerator. But over the years, you don't have to give much attention while driving. You can talk and even watch side view while driving after a few months of driving.

You may be wondering how these businessmen operate without much difficulty. The reason is that they have experience in doing business. Learn business under the guidance of experienced businessmen. That is the solution for learning the business.
